Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Tom L. Clear golden. Sweetish, graininess, corn, slightly bitterish finish.

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. Golden with a white head. Light with malt, some grain and hints of butter. A boring one to be honest.

13-05-17 // 500ml can at Centralmarket in Riga. Clear golden. Grainy malty, medium sweet. Mild hay, mild hop bitterness, weird papery aftertaste. --- Beer merged from original tick of Lāčplēsis Ekstra on 13 May 2017 at 13:34 - Score: 4. Original review text: Hello Riga

bottle from Baltic Branch Dover. Golden with a white head. Malty start, some dry and woody hops, shy fruity touch. Ok.

50cl can from Riga Airport (Narvesen). Pours golden with a white head. Mild malty aroma with some fruity notes and just a hint of cooked vegetables. Quite the usual pale lager, but not the worst one. Moderate to medium sweet with far from exciting flavours, but a fairly balanced bitterness at least. Fair enough.

Bottle. Pours deep golden colour, white dense rocky & foamy head sticking on glass. Aroma of grain, cereal, grass, a phenolic note. Light to medium body. Tastes sweetish grainy with a hint of hoppy bitterness. The finish is mostly malty with a little bit of hops. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. Not impressive but enjoyable.

500ml can kindly shared by djoeye. Stable, rocky white head. Clear golden body. Pale malty nose with suggestions of hops. Moderate taste of caramel, butter and fresh apricot. Sweet ending with notes of fruity hops. Accepted, easy to forget though (Tromsø 28.11.2013).
