Brewed with Japanese wild-bred mandarin orange - ‘Fukure Mikan’ - and aroma hops with hints of orange. A great amount of malty umami taste complements well with the fruity citrus flavours.

Damn good one! Perhaps the most trustworthy Japanese craft brewery I've come by.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a sly burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Some sly messy lace.
The aroma had some sweet Mandarin oranges, sweet freshly cut grass, some lemon pulp, subtle herbal sweetness, a touch of floral and a little bit of toast at the end.
The flavor was sweet all of the way through. Some light bitterness did try and make an effort to come forward but didn’t seem to show enough pizazz. Aftertaste was the Mandarin oranges, sweet. Finish was semi-sticky and sweet.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Stickiness was acceptable and not cloying.
Overall, wishing there would have been a little more pizazz from the bitter components of the hops. I didn’t mind this one and am wishing I could have found a date on the bottle. Numbers are gentle in this review due to unknown age of this beer.

Draft at Beerfox, Rīga. Light orange/brown, a bit of visible carbonation and head. Citrus peel with some medicinal notes (a bit of horehound). Taste is sweet and juicy, but the hops are muted so it’s far from the American ’hop bomb’ IPA. Short finish. Sweetness lingers, with candied orange peel in the aftertaste. Carbonation is heavy on the palate. A bit too muted for me, but it’s a decent IPA.

Bottle, stable long lasting creamy head, light cloudy apricot orange color, aroma of citrus and yeast, flavor of citrus, fruit and a light malty backbone, saopy citrusy bitterness, light sourness. Good satisfying IPA.

Cloudy, amber, a lot of orangey aromas. Has a big orangey taste, light bitterness, bit yeasty. Decent, if you like the orange juice thing.

11.2oz bottle. Unfiltered dulled orange-tan body. Thin, steady, patchy head. Retains its IPA characteristics while building on them with the mandarin, which comes off a lot more natural and pleasant than most of the fruit beers being put out rampantly. Quality brewing, unique, well executed.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden orange colour, some floaties, one finger white head. Hoppy citrus orange aroma. Taste is also quite orangey, citrus hop bitterness, malt notes, sweet fruit, herbs/spices, zesty. Lingering bitterness. Would be great with more hops!

33cl bottle at Lendav Taldrik, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a modest, white head. Fruity aroma with malty notes. Moderate sweet with hints of dried fruits and some bitterness in the finish. Fruity, sweet and fairly nice.

Not going to rate it as it has DA.15.07 on the label and that means it is very old. Oxidized.
