Tap at CBM Awajicho. Pours a clear amber with a one-fingered soapy egg-shell head that lasts throughout. Grapefruit pith, orange zest and caramel malt on the nose. Some resin and pine on the palate with more grapefruit. Soft carbonation with a slightly watery mouthfeel. Flight at brewery. Dim gold color. This is the basic malty and hoppy IPA. Malt toss tines and moderate bitterness at the end. Not fancy here but good.

On tap at Schooner Exact, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is on the gentle side, with floral and citrus hops. Flavour is crisp and hoppy, with piney, floral and citrus hops, and just enough toasted crackery malt to back. Very well-balanced and constructed. Dry finish without any harsh astringency. Good stuff.

Draft - Nice grapefruit with a caramel base. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Pithy resin and a very dry finish with lingering bitterness.
