A tart farmhouse ale whose inspiration is drawn from freshly baked berry pie features a half-pound per gallon of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. The sweet acidity of the berries paired with the mild farmhouse funk of our house culture is rounded by the addition of full bodied Haw Creek honey.

Bottle, 5.5%. Clear peachy/red with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, berries, brett and sulphur. Flavour is malt, yeast, little over carbonated, brett, berries, medium dry, blackberries, little sweet, little bitter, chalk, little sour, little citric and sulphur.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale red color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart berry and honey aroma. Fruity sour tart funky berry and honey flavor. Has a fruity sour tart berry and honey finish.

Bright red. 2 finger white head. Aroma is sulphur, cherry, raspberry and grapes with woody funk. Very intense tart berry up front. Fades quickly to a chalky bark taste with egg and Brett. Good mouthfeel. Dense without sticking around.

Pours bright ruby into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Blackberry and blueberry aromas. Tart berry upfront turning to honey, meringue and pith in the medium length finish.

Bottle - Sweet, funky Berry and light milky notes. Cloudy light red orange with a decent white head. Light sweet and tart strawberry and a nice finish. Nice balance.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pink with small white head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin and funk. Thin mouthfeel, tart cherry, funky, oak, very good.

From a bottle shared at home. Pours a clear pinkish tinged gold with an off white head. Berries in the nose. Flavors of berries and tart white grapes. Crisp, clean finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Sarah. Cloudy reddish amber. Aroma is mildly funky, a bit spicy, with some berries. Moderately tart flavor with some berries, and a light funky touch. Medium-bodied.
