A tart farmhouse ale whose inspiration is drawn from freshly baked berry pie features a half-pound per gallon of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. The sweet acidity of the berries paired with the mild farmhouse funk of our house culture is rounded by the addition of full bodied Haw Creek honey.

Sample at the "Post Beer Week Bottle Share" on 06/06/16. The beer is a hazy reddish-purple color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of berries, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart berries, funky yeast and malt. The finish is berry jam and brett yeast. Pretty good overall.
