I’m assuming we are putting the most recent batches under this beer. Handpump at Nakameguro Taproom. Glowing orange with a frothy white head. Light stone fruit nose with some grass, peaches and malt. Earthy, grassy bitterness on the palate but there is some apricot like fruitiness albeit light. Slightly bitter finish and dry. Nice enough.

Cask at Nakameguro. Labelled an ESB. Orange, citrus nose, light pine and mint. Glowing brown-orange with a fine, thick head, hazy. Lemony orange flavors, caramel, chocolate. Quite fruity, lightly tropical, and rather bitter. A bit thin. Very hoppy and enjoyable.

Cask - Grains and a bit of oak. Cloudy brown and thin head. Heavy on the grains and mellow sweetness. Decent but a bit bitter of San esb.

light amber color. Light fruity citrusy mouth. Distinctively American hops. Well balanced though a bit thin. Still very sessionable

Cask at the 2010 Tokyo Real Ale Festival. Ok balance. Nice bitter finish. Bland but tasty enough. Really not bad at all for a 3.8% beer. Easy drinking.

Soft hops of the floral and fruit variety. Light citrus notes, as well. Very mild maltiness though it does it’s job just fine. Finish has some refreshing medium bitterness. Not a powerhouse of a bitter, but very easy to drink and refreshing.

Cask. Clear copper orange with a tall white head. Crisp hoppy aroma, light malts, some lemon. Super smooth body. Crisp flavor. Some light hops and lemon but still rather malty. Finish has some pine in it. Super easy to down multiple pints of this one. Tasty, too.

Cask. Copper with a white head. Soft citrus aroma. Flavor is similar. Light citrus, some malts, light bitter and dry finish. Good and easy to drink.

Cask at Naga-Meguro Taproom. British hop aroma with light malt, yeast. Nice amber color. Lemony flavor with medium bitterness, light caramel malt in the background. Ok but no so interesting.
