Handpump at the Taproom in Feb 09. Strong American citrus hop aroma. Flavor: rich caramel and chocolate malt, a bit of fruit, pine, and pepper. A light wheat flavor in there too, just a touch. Big citrus fruits. Great balance. Very nice.

Cask at Baird Naka-Meguro Taproom. Lightly hazy ruby, fair sized creamy head. Floral hoppy nose. Dry with rather light body. Well rounded despite it’s crystallic heart. Finishes with long salty bitterness. Quenching, but lacks softness.
