This American-hopped IPA marries a bold and complex hop character of pine, citrus and spice with fruity notes and a crisp finish created by our Kölsch yeast.
A slight hazed blonde IPA with fantastic aromas of spicy fine, resinous hop character, and citrus fruit. Balanced flavor between the American hops and our German Kölsch yeast strain provides a very unique backdrop for the hops to interact.

Shared can at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with little white head. Aroma of pine needles, some notes of tropical fruits. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium bodied, bitter finish.

355 ml can, BB date 13 days ago. ABV is 6.5%. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Fresh aroma of pine, spruce, citrus and newmown grass. Medium dry and crisp flavour with distinct notes, notes of pine needles, spruce tips and grapefruit. Refreshing.

On tap at Victory in Downingtown. It pours a lighter gold color with a white head. The aroma is peach with some grapefruit and florals. The flavor is flowery with some grapefruit and spicy hops. Pale malts with a touch of caramel. Pretty nice.

Sample during the Konkey Dong release at Hoof Hearted on 07/17/2016. The beer is a clear pale golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. The aroma consists of fruit, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, grapefruit and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

12oz bottle. Pale tan-orange body. Steady off-white head. Not really a big winner for me. The German malts are nice, but don’t really exemplify what everyone wants in a new school IPA. The hops are a little muddled, but do offer some pleasant peach, tropical new school tones. Clean, no dextrose or off tones. Well made, pleasant beer.

Can at home, 18/06/16. Bought from Winerack, West Byfleet. A herbal hoppy aroma - not particularly strong but pleasant enough. Light gold and cloudy, with a good fluffy white head. You can pick up the hops but they don’t over power. A smooth medium body. Someone who likes a lot of hops may not be that keen but a beer I’d be happy to return to.

Draught @ viisi penniä. Pours golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has dark fruits, malts, dried fruits. Flavor has dark fruits, malts, sweet fruits. Good drinkability but lacks the hop bitterness, and feels kinda old.
