Hopulent IPA is a big beer with lots of complex malt flavor and excessive hops. This beer will have changes to the grain bill and seasonal hop changes. The character of Hopulent IPA is over the top, too much of everything—a real HOP HEADS DELIGHT!

Release 10 ABV 8.3: Caramel, tripel sec aroma, somewhat hot. Clear orange, thin head. Grassy hop flavor initially, peach and orange later. Orange peel remains on the palate. Alcohol is quite noticeable. Disjointed a wee bit.

Bomber at Churchkey. Cloudy brown color, off white edge head. Aroma of orange peel and apricot. Taste of stone fruits with a subtle, balanced bitterness. Decent body. Nice.

Bomber from the Innsbrook Beer Cave in Glen Allen, VA. Pours a hazy peach color with a medium frothy white head. Good head retention and lots of sticky lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hops with caramel malts. The taste is citrus, floral and citrus hops, again with a caramel backbone. Well balanced. Medium bodied. I’m digging this beer.

Courtesy of Douglas88. Pours clear copper with nice frothy off white head. The aroma is rich with malts and then moving toward building notes of pine hops that, for the first few minutes, reaches levels of pungent. The taste is full rich pumping pine hop flavors that are running away from the sweet malts and toward spiky pine hop bitterness into the finish. Yummy.

Bottled at The Beerhive, Salt Lake City, UT. Cloudy pale amber, rich firm head. Generous hop aroma: pear, peach and grapefruit. Medium-full bodied with fairly soft mouthfeel. Rather sweet with lots of citric hops. Staying well shy of getting cloying or inky. Long citric bitterness.

Bottle - thanks to Footbalm. Pours a glowing brownish copper color with a large, creamy beige head. Nose is sweet and fruity hops and heavy with pine resin. Great indication of the goodness to follow... Tastes hop forward with citrus, pine, and modest florals. Some caramel. Wet mouthful and a great finish. Simple; lots of bitterness and drinkable to no end. First rate. If this were readily available for me it would replace milk.

22oz bottle from Epic Brewery
Appearance: Slightly hazy amber with a nice fluffy white head and lots of lacing
Aroma: Citrus, pine and grapefruit
Taste: Smooth mouthfeel, pine, herbal flavors and citrus
Another awesome beer from Epic. This is very easy to drink, the alcohol is very well hidden.
