Introducing our year-round Almanac IPA, a West Coast hop bomb overflowing with hop flavors and aromas. We start with a copper-hued malt base of California-grown two-row barley, German Vienna Malt, Crystal Malts and Biscuit Malt. Then we start layering on the hops—grown all along the west coast in California, Oregon and Washington. We combine Magnum, Chinook, Cascade, El Dorado and Simcoe to create our own unique twist on the IPA style with intense aromas of grapefruit and tangerine peel, pineapple and pine trees. The finish has a clean bitterness and light saltine cracker note.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, straw, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, exotic fruits, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, pine, orange, grape and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long malty, piney, citrus, grape and orange finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh slightly sweet grassy, wet leafs, hay, grain, hops, grass, light malts, hints of citrus, worth. Taste is slightly sweet grainy, wet leafs, sap, wet hay, grain, hops, bark, worth, hints of cardboard. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Bomber from Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting. Clear golden, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel malt, toffee, mild floral hops. The taste is pineapple, citrus, toffee. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

Bardzo dobre IPA ze Stanow. Przede wszystkim poterzny aromat. PAchnie cytrusami, limonka i perfumami kobiecymi, fiolkami i roza. Piana spora dobrej jakosci oblepiajaca szklanke solidnie do tego bardzo trwala. Jasno zolte, metne. Smak cos pomiedzy imperial IPAa zwykla IPA. Slodowosc doskonale zrownowazona i kontrujaca nieco te bombe chmielowa. Super, tak sobie wyobrazalem wlasnie dobre IPA. Do tego na sam koniec dlugi i nieustajacy goryczkowy i drapiacy w gardlo chmielny smak.

Bottle from Mikkeller Webshop; hazy golden amber pour with a frothy off white head, aroma has tangerine, mango and hint of pine taste has loads of tropical, mango, resinous pine, some spicy mango, mellow bitterness.
