Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Stas. Hazy pale yellow. Citrus zest, yuzu, grainy, a bit spicy, sweetish, bitterish note.

Very citrusy. Yuzu isn't a lemon or an orange, and this beer makes dat clear.

Big yuzu nose. Light body. Biscuity malt. Pillowy and soft carbonation. Good fruit. Nice fruit beer.
