Tap at Watering Hole. Caramel forward nose with a bit of faint granola notes. Sweet on the palate with some light honey and grainy notes...more caramel. Finish is dry with a bit of yeast. Draught at the Yokohama GJBF 2012. Very pretty orangish-amber, shiny, glowing. Nose is faint, but a bit of rice, ancient rice I suppose, mizuame, caramel. Flavor starts sweet then goes a bit dry, grainy, a little caramel. Not so great but not terrible.
