This beer is a dream. The taste is perfect between a side of cake, sweet and roasted malt, hop, vanilla. The kind of beer to drink slowly, 14.11.16

3.5 yr old bottle. Pitch black colour, creamy brown head with some retention. Aroma's of roasted malts, chocolate, vegetal pepper, cinnamon. Retronasal it's sweetish, vegetal peppery, cinnamon. Flavour is above moderate sweet, chocolate-y. Above medium bodied. Medium pepper heat, not burning though. Long finish with chocolate, cinnamon and some roasty bitterness. Aged well.

Lots of pepper, cacao nib notes. Cinnamon on the finish, bitter coffee roast. Black Forrest cake notes. Solid as usual. Thanks Hunter!
