Bottle from Paula (who has black hair). Pours gold with a creamy large white head. Citrus nose. Med body. Flavor is strongly citrus without being all that bitter. It is bitter, just not so much as it seems it should be. Towards the finish the citrus seems to get towards grapefruit. All in all a pretty hoppy wheat.

Christmas mix 6. Pours hazy dirty blonde. Tastes of strong wheat and hops. Also lemon zest, pine, and light yeast. Medium body and crisp quite refreshing

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Poured a near clear gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges and laced nicely. Aroma was a combination of citrus and floral notes with a bit of grapefruit and sweet wheat. Flavor was similar but had a bit more grapefruit and sweet wheat in the finish. Drank really easy.

Dégustée en fût sur place. De couleur jaune foncée et voilée. Nez malté de céréales avec des notes de grains de malt pâle, léger de houblon herbeux et de levures fruitées (agrumes, surtout citron). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement crémeuse. Léger goût de levures fruitées (agrumes – citron), accompagné de petites notes de grains de malt pâle lors de lentrée en bouche suivi dun goût malté de céréales légèrement sucrées puis en finale lon retrouve une légèere amertume de houblon herbeux (faibles notes asséchantes). Post-goût moyen-court et aux notes sèches, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux avec un léger goût fruité (zest dagrumes). (juin 2008)
