Can pour into nonic pint glass from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Appearance is lightly hazy, golden yellow-orange with minimal sparkle, finger-width foamy, off-white head with fair retention and decent soapy lacing. Aroma is dank, mango, herb with initial piney resin, all on the mild side. Taste is relatively weak fruit along with pine/herb, grapefruit, mildly tart fruit, dry crackers. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and a minimally fruity followed by absolutely arid, moderately bitter finish. Overall, NEIPA in name and appearance only. Far more bitter than the 55 IBU's would suggest, this is a West Coast IPA wolf in NEIPA sheep clothing. Maybe they weren't meaning to have it result this way (unintentionally unable to stray from West Coast bitter IPA roots?). The mix of hops just didn't complement each other well but resulted in an indistinguishable soup. Not feelin' it. If you want something juicy from this brewer, I'd suggest City of the Sun.

16oz can. Pours hazy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Mango, orange, and grapefruit flavors. Medium body with average carbonation.

Can, from City Hops. Pours hazy dark orange with foamy light beige head, orange peel aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orange taste with faint peach flavor, thin body, long finish. Flavorful and very smooth.

Can. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Oily palate.

(473ml can from Mikkeller Webshop, canned Oct 18) 4wo @ drinking. Pours quite hazy pale orange with an average white head. Aroma of peach, orange, some mango, touches of fresh pine and grass, a little weed, sweet and fruity on the whole. Flavour is pale malt, some candied pit fruit, grapefruit, soft orange, grass, light pine up front, juicy on the whole. Finish is however soapy herbal/floral notes, fading citrus, very low bitterness, tinny astringency into the aftertaste, a bit odd. Medium bodied, rather low carbonation. Okay, but the hop profile from the middle of the sip on is really not my thing. Modern Times does better stuff.

Library Alehouse, Santa Monica tap: pours orange haze with a white head. Aroma is not particularly explosive citrus. Taste is very juicy, smooth and low bitterness. OK.
