Produced in Italy with the top fermentation method, using selected wheat and hops. Bright and cloudy yellow colour, it stands out for its white, creamy and very persistent head. To the nose it expresses hints of ripe yellow fruit, banana and spices. The delicate smooth flavour from the wheat malt is accompanied by yeasty notes and lively carbonation. The finish is slightly acidic and thirst quenching.

Bottled 300ml. -from local Plodine Karlovac. Pale golden coloured, small white head, mild banana in the nose with whiff of bubblegum. Slightly perfumed yeasty, bubblegum banana taste and short dryish finish. Not bad but pretty flat.

Boca 0,30L - kupljena u Plodinama, eto uspio sam kupiti i bocu od 0,30...boca kao za maslinovo ulje, ne zapremninom već izgledom....iako u opisu piše da se radi o hefeweizenu ovo pivo je više okusom i mirisom i aromom witbier i to prosječan...

Bottle, 0.3l. Poured into a shaker glass because I don't have 0.3l weizen glass. Whatever. Anyway, cloudy pale golden pour with tiny soapy white head with not much of a retention. Gone by the time you spell the word "retention". Minimal lacing. Nose also not promising much with notes of grains and stale grass. Not shaping up nicely, this one. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Average mouthfeel, light texture. Taste and aroma are pretty much all over the place. It's a strange mixture of sweet, sour and metal bitterness. Aroma is sadly dominated by strong rusty metal presence. In the background we have some wheat, grains and light fruity notes. Stale grass and metal in the aftertaste. Not much of a finish to speak of. To be honest, this is total crap. This is below the level of the likes of Stephan's Brau and Pittinger - for almost triple the price! And 0.2l less, mind you. But maybe that's not the bad thing, by the time I was through with it I was kinda glad it wasn't 0.5l. Oh well.

Il gusto al naso propende per il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medie. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la continuità è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono sfociano in un finale di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il palato porta note di crosta di pane, frumento, cereali e banana.

From375ml bottle at Napizz, in Rimini, Italy. Pours a bright and hazy orange, with moderate white foam, scarcely persistent. Aroma is orange peel and spiced. Body is light and well-carbonated. Taste is relatively sweet, with a little spiced feeling again. Finish is short.

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Day 2. Hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, light citrus, light fruit and dough. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. [20-08-2016]

75 cl bottle. Cloudy dark yellow color, short disappearing white head. Aroma is wheat malt with lemon peel some bread light spice/clove and fuel notes, some fruity flavors as well. Finish is alcoholic with a note of almond. Taste is sourish, dry finish, watery texture, soft carbonation.
