Produced in Italy with the top fermentation method, using selected wheat and hops. Bright and cloudy yellow colour, it stands out for its white, creamy and very persistent head. To the nose it expresses hints of ripe yellow fruit, banana and spices. The delicate smooth flavour from the wheat malt is accompanied by yeasty notes and lively carbonation. The finish is slightly acidic and thirst quenching.

Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

0.75l flip-top bottle from a supermarket in porlezza. pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. aroma of banana, bread. flavour of citrus, bread, oranges. little carbonation, bready finish, banana is not overwhelming.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy pale golden, small head. Bready banana aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy with some peppery spice and notes of banana. Wheat crackers and cloves. Lightly chalky finish.
