Draft, pours and looks wit. Some spice and lots of carbonation. Not too bad, not too great either.

Can from Coop. Pours murky orange with a white head. Nose is oxidized orange zest and coriander spice. Taste is oxidized orange zest, light yeast expression, some coriander. Upon further inspection it turns out this can is 1.5+ yrs old. Everything’s falling into place.

Can. Cloudy, very light gold with a huge head. Aroma is Belgian spice. Taste was also Belgian spice.

aroma of citrus fruit, yeast, and wet wheat. Some slight banana in the flavor mixed with the citrus fruit. a nice wit.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso propende per il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è normale e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, frumento, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

Can from Carmine Street Beers, New York. Aroma is wheat, spicy yeast, coriander, citrus, curaçao peel. Moderate sweet, light bitter. Body is medium. Smooth Wit, well-brewed.

Draft at Here's How. Hazy golden pour with a creamy white head that stays with you throughout the session. Aroma of coriander, Belgian yeast, touch of lemon. Taste is so smooth, full, Belgiany, savory, kiss of lemon.

lattina 355 ml, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo limone torbido, al naso è intensa miele agrumi note floreali camomilla spezie, in bocca è fruttata coriandolo scorza d’arancio spezie lieve chiodi di garofano, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Una White in USA style bella gustosa. Molto buona c. Iper Varese 05.04.24
