A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly classic ale.

Can, 0.355l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of wheat, orange, tea, yeast and coriander. Pours hazy pale golden color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy with banana note, following is citrusy, yeasty, grassy and slightly peppery, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Kind rascal…

A 12 oz can given to me by a friend. I pour inside of a tulip glass and see a semi-hazy, pale yellow- orange body and a consistent, fully white head devolving to a skim. The smell is orange, grain and a hint of spice. A drink mostly follows the taste, orange peel, coriander and cereal. There is a nice sensation of fullness. Overall, not much different from the previous witbiers I’ve tried.

Can. Hazy light golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of orange peel, clove, grape, coriander, toasted grain, light earthiness. Moderately sweet to start with a lightly to moderately bitter finish, lightly acidic. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Well balanced, not overly spiced.

Tap at ibrew wired. Aroma is typical Belgian White. Creamy, bit herbal bit of wheat, light citrus. Maybe a touch sweet for me without much heft.
