Bottle @ Timbers, Denver. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, biscuit, grass, citrus. Taste is malt, biscuit, rather hoppy, grass, grapefruit, light piney. Thin body, lively carbonation. Nice and refreshing. 110312

Bottle @ home. Prima Pils pours a hazy, banana yellow appearance with a good sized, white head. Husky/grainy, grassy hoppy, straw, herbal aroma. Strong straw/hay, grainy pale malty, grassy, lightly floral flavor. Definitely a solid Pilsener.

Bottle from Bierzwerg web shop. Golden color with huge white head. One of those beers, which want to jump from my glass. Aroma of floral hops, malt caramel. taste, floral hops, nice bitter with light metallic hints. Long bitter finish. Nice.

Purchased at Armanetti’s in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on a dreary December Monday after work. Appearance is pale yellow with a lighter-than-usual tint of gold, slight cloudiness, not much head, tiny carbonation bubbles rising to the top. Aroma of crisp malts, a touch of lemon, a bit of lager yeast. Nice pils smell. Taste is fantastic, really nice crispness, very easy drinker, flavorful, light bitterness in the back end, this is done extremely well. Great pilsener!

Aroma has lots of fruity and grassy hops – I wouldn’t believe that this was bottom fermented. Also some wheat and hints of baking yeast. Flavour is hoppy and fruity with some grassy notes. Also some banana and grain. All the sweetish fruitiness present in aroma and flavour does not fit the other flavour palette perfectly. Did not pair well with muikkukukko, dark grain bread, peanuts or german beer cheese. Good, but definitely not a typical pils.

From a 355ml bottle on 5/11/2011. Pours a clear pale golden colour with a fine medium head. Has a mild bready, citrus aroma with faint floral notes. Has a nice base of bready malt, some nice citrus fruit sweetness, and a pronounced hoppy finish. A very nice, high quality pils.

Pours pale amber with a small fading head.Nose shows spicy hops in abundance, with some soft green apple and grape notes in the background. Also noticeable phenols along with bready malt.More bready malt as a flavour, also some spicy hops and piney notes. Finishes with a pretty assertive bitterness.Nice moderately-light body, could use more carbonation though.
