Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 09.02.15. Pale, clear golden. White head. Fine aroma of flowerfields, grass and Czech hops. Very good and slightly fruity taste of Czech pilsner. Moderate bitterness. Very high drinkability.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours clear, golden. Aroma of bread, hay. Sweet, with a bitter finish.

355 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.3%. Clear golden colour, moderate to low white head. Nice aroma of floral, grassy and herbal hops, some sweetish malts in the background. Medium sweet and malty flavour, followed by distinct herbal hops. A good pilsener indeed, but some European ones are better.

2 month old can into a pilsner glass A: Clear golden yellow with fine light to average carbonation. A gentle pour yields a finger of white head lasting about 5 minutes leaving a good amount of lacing clinging nicely to the glass. Pools of foam also remain on the surface. S: A little biscuit balanced by subtle floral hops. T: Again, well balanced with a slight but noticeable hop bite. Sour bread maltiness provides a hint of chewiness to the beer. Lingering hops on the finish which is appealing however maybe not so floral as herbal and more pine than citrus though citrus is present. M: Very light body with only a slight bubble tingle. Doesn’t look like much but I kind of like it. I would like a bit more more carbonation. O: Very nice of course but maybe not the world beater it’s cracked up to be. Certainly nothing bad to report though and definitely worth buying.

Bottle from Bottledog in London at home. Clear golden Pilsner pour with dense white frothy head. Aroma is earthy, biscuit, spicy hops - sweeter, fuller Pilsner. Taste is spicy hops, then an unexpected sweet biscuit-y flavor. Clean bitter finish. Not as much hops as I expected but a good Pilsner nonetheless. Sweetness is a surprise, but fills out the palate nicely. Solid pils.

From bottle... Clear yellow with white head, medium bitterness. Grapefruit hops taste that does not hit you over the head, followed by nice dry finish. This is a great beer for a hot day.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow with large foamy white head, slight doughy aroma, high carbonation, crisp hoppy taste with grassy malt in the background, long finish with hops aftertaste. Quite a hoppy pilsner.

12 oz bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a creamy head. Not a huge amount on the nose, but full of complex, fruity flavours with good Hoppy bitterness. Very nice lager

Pale yellow beer with a bitter fruit aroma. Taste is light and bitter with a touch of citrus coming through. Palate is slightly watery and it is slightly bland but it’s very drinkable.

Bottle @ BBB. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy white head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is subtle, tiny malty and floral with biscuits, dried flowers, hay, lemon peal and hints of sweet corn. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and floral with biscuits, bread, hay, lemon zest and hints of soil and lemon balm. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter, tiny malty and floral with bread, buttered biscuits, grass, lemon balm, soil and lemon zest. Tasty hoppy pilsener!
