A light and crushy crushy pale for those who are lookin to party down. Hopped with Falconers Flight and Australian Galaxy, we're showcasing our new favorite yeast strain formerly classified as a type of Brettanomyces. Since reclassified as a strain of Saccharomyces, it lends tropical fruit characteristics of mango and pineapple. "You're not even a troll bro, you're just a haircut."

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellowed orange semi-cloudiness with a one finger white foamy head which diminished nicely to leave some mild lace.
Aroma: citrusy crisp to light mango and pineapple hoppy tones and a light sweet grassy hoppy scent; some light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet to juicy and a super light underscore of tart - all meshing together pretty nicely; no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, some kind of light sessionability to this one; some smoothness along the tongue; finishes crisp with citrusy hoppy tones
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done APA done up in a fairly different sort of way. I believe I would have this again.

Pineapple, lemon...crackery malts. Touch of guava. Creamy on the palate. Hazy. Slamming.

Sample during the BCBS Tasting on 04/30/2016. Slightly cloudy yellow color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Sticky small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit, grassy hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is fruity with a mildly hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
