We started with pale barley malt and added Columbus hops. And Cascade hops. And Amarillo hops. And, well, we pretty much added all the hops. You're welcome.

Tap at Gambrinus 7 year anniversary. Pours a deep amber to light brown with a full finger of foam that dissipates. Malt driven nose with some caramel, chocolate and light pine resin. Full-bodied and rich malt flavor, chewy and almost like a strong ale or light barley wine. Hops come in on the finish but are muted. Kinda old school. --- Beer merged from original tick of DoubleCrush Imperial IPA on 23 Dec 2016 at 10:06 - Score: 6

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong bubblegum, pine, citrus. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light bitterness, very good.
