12 oz bottle. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of pilsener malts with some spicy and citrus hoppiness. Flavor has spicy and earthy, herbal hop flavors, a little soapy. A decent pilsener.

Bottle. This was a rather bad interpretation of a bohemian pilsener. Unclean with strange notes of vegtables and soot. I want my pilsener to be clean.

I had this as part of a sampler at the Lagunitas Taproom. I wasn’t a big fan of this one. Aroma was not really apparent for me, I wasn’t getting anything, very neutral. Appearance was like a standard pale ale. Taste is ok, don’t love it, crisp though and it went down pretty smooth. Big \"meh\" for me.

Pours golden hay, white head. Aroma, sweet pale malts, some grassy hops. Flavor, pale malts, crisp palate with a side going on sweet malts meshed with the overall grassy/bittering of the hops. Mild notes of roasted malts in the finish. Easy to drink Pils.

Bottle. Poured a clear medium gold with a thin white head. Aroma had notes of sweet malts and crisp hops. Flavor begins with grainy malts but the finish is more crisp hops.

(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Golden colour with lasting, frothy, white head. Malty, bready nose with toffee, hay, butter and mild aromas of grassy hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, toffee, a touch of citrus and a generous, grassy bitterness in a slightly sharp finish. Below medium body, with a touch of malt sweetness. Solid Czech style pilsener.

Draught at Blind Tiger, NYC on 24th July 2009. Straw coloured with rapid loss of an initially white head. Hopy with citric lemon in the fore. The citric astringency persists to he finish which, on a zingy but slightly oily mouthfeel, dries up with grassiness of hop rivalling if not winning over the astringeny. Pleasant but I have had better.
