5.3%. Clear gold beer. Crisp semi dry palate. A good even malt base on which light peach and orange hops sit well. Surprisingly bitter aftertaste. Finishes a little creamy. Decent!

Pours a crystal clear pale golden color with a decent sized bone white head that exudes remarkable staying power. Smells of spicy grassy hops with a honey and pilsener maltiness to balance it out. Sweet grainy and honey with just enough spice and grass flavor to provide some balance. Medium body with a spirited level of carbonation and a spicy almost tart mouthfeel. Decent pilsner, but its not up there with the hallmarks of the style. I’d like to see a richer maltiness to play against the aggressive (for the style) use of hops in this brew.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Clear golden. Grainy aroma, a bit vegetal. Flavor has a bit of sweetish grainy malt and a slightly bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied.

35,5 cl bottle @ hotel room, copenhagen
Aroma has grainy malt, some honey and hints of butter. Flavour is rather hoppy and somewhat sweet with honey, some grainy malt and butter. Also grassy hops. Feels like Bohemian.

12 oz. bottle. Pours pale gold with a small, off-white head. The aroma is corn, honeysuckle, hay, and saaz hops. The flavor is dry and sweet, and a little bitter and sour in the finish. The palate is light to medium, syrupy and a little astringent. Overall, this is a flavorful and crisp pils. Not bad.

Bottle pour into footed pilsener glass; big, frothy head. Medium body/texture/carbonation. Smooth finish. No alcohol hit. This pilsener is one with a finish that says, "Have another!"

355 ml. bottle. Clear golden colour with a small white head that fades to a film. Aroma is earthy grasses and grains with a noticeable floral hop scent. Taste is sweet, malty and crisp with sweet bread notes and citrus. Body is medium and fizzy carbonated with a short sweet finish. Very nice pilsener.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Norm’s, 3/16/12

Aroma: The nose is crisp and hoppy, with some caramel malts as well
Appearance: Pours a clear golden-yellow color with a white head and mid-heavy lace
Flavor: The flavor is light sweet, some maltiness, and a mid-bitter hop presence too
Palate: The body is light, it has a nice crisp and smooth mouthfeel, and drinks pretty easily
Overall Impression: This one is a classic for me. I can’t believe it hasn’t been rated before. Either way, this is a great easy drinking crisp pilsner. One of those perfect beers for hanging out and drinking.
