On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear grapefruit red with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of hibiscus and earthy wheat with yogurt and coriander underlying. Flavor has tart hibiscus with stone fruit, yogurt and a bit of earthy grain backing.

Hazy peach and copper coloured body with a nice, thinnish tan head that fades from a seven to eight centimetre tall soda-like head. Aroma of grass, wheat, corn, grain, wheat and a dose of light hay - fairly mild. Light-bodied; Super mild malty notes at first with a big wheatie and herbal notes throughout with a dose of coriander seed and yeast along with some of the funky soured notes and a touch of sugars from fruit around. Aftertaste shows more of the light wheatie and fruity flavours than anything else, with a bit of the grass and hay around with a mild finish throughout. Overall, a nice beer with some rather mildish characteristics that show more of the mild flavours and the sugars and fruit than anything substantial or pungent. Nice to sample and a decent enough gose, but not showing too much in terms of the style or relative beers around the scene. I sampled this 50 cL can purchased from Grape Vine in Fort Mill, South Carolina on 21-August-2017 fo US$4,25 sampled at my hotel room here in Columbia, Maryland on 28-November-2017.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours ros color with a transient head. Light coriander aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is coriander, maybe a bit of citrus, and definitely salt. Think I can identify the floral aspect. Drinks nicely.

This beer is a slightly hazy ruby-copper color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of cherry, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart cherry, floral yeast, spice and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly sour with a cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.
