Super unique sour offering – our Rough Trail wild ale brew (straightforward wild pale ale – fermented with a wild saccharomyces) with Thai Basil added. Basil aroma comes through in the nose, with an tart herbal finish on the back end.

Tap at Gambrinus West Sixth event. Pours a slightly hazy gold with no head. Light tart lemon and gooseberry nose with some herbal notes. Tart on the palate and with some grainy character. Lingering tartness and basil notes on the finish with a touch of chili in there as well.
