Named after California’s Highway 78, this India Pale Ale was brewed in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the city of Vista. With plenty of Galaxy, Falconer’s Flight, Southern Cross and just a tad bit of Nelson hops, our latest IPA is truly sessionable. Aroma’s include grapefruit, passionfruit, and citrus.

On tap at Belching Beaver, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some dankness and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, some dank notes and dry biscuity malt. Nice balanced, with a dry and dank finish. Solid IPA.

On tap at Belching, North Park, San Diego. Golden with a white head. Hoppy with citrus, some pineapple, peach and caramel. The body was medium and the finish bitter. Felt quite soft and easy to drink.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and grass. Medium body, melon, grass, light bitterness, very good.

Appearance- golden and very clear, becomes cloudy when it’s all poured out. A one-finger white foamy head. Aroma- bready, creamy malt, sweet malts, citrus fruit undertones, hops. Taste- crisp hops, citrus fruits, grapefruit, good amount of malts, fizzy and slightly full mouthfeel. Creamy bitter finish. Solid stuff.

Can. A hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, malt, caramel, and spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Can shared with friends. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is resin nettle hop light tropical fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a woody hop light floral light fruit light sweet toffee palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can shared thanks to Jmgreenuk. Very hazy dull golden orange with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malt, caramel, citrus and resinous hops. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter.

Can. Pours hazy yellow with a small white ehad. Aroma is herbal, straw. Pine. Dry and herbal hoppy. Bitter, dry and pine hoppy far finish.
