Named after California’s Highway 78, this India Pale Ale was brewed in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the city of Vista. With plenty of Galaxy, Falconer’s Flight, Southern Cross and just a tad bit of Nelson hops, our latest IPA is truly sessionable. Aroma’s include grapefruit, passionfruit, and citrus.

Can@TTBS, Copenhagen (22/11/2016) - medium fuzzy golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, medium pale malts, some light caramel, grapefruit sweetness, peach, tangerine, solid ipa.

12oz can in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury on 9th Nov 2016. Golden pour, white topping. This hop centric brew had a lovely blend of fruitiness and bitterness from start to finish, good bite and mouth feel, crisp and sharp tasting: liked it.

355ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a hazy orange, nice white head. Aroma is bright pithy juicy fruits. Taste continues with juicy hoppy grapefruit, lime, pineapple and pithy clementine. A lovely juicy IPA.

Can from Brewdog Online Shop. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of light citrus and resin, tangerine and passionfruit. Taste is woody, pine, more citrus. Clean finish.

355ml can from Boxbeers. Canned 02/22/16. Pours golden orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of grassy hops, zesty tropical fruits, citrus, mango, grapefruit and caramel. Taste is malty, sweetish and fruity with some tropical notes, hints of aged hops, grass and citrus. Finish is tropical fruity with some grapefruit, citrus, grass and caramel. Okay, despite it’s not very fresh.

Welcome to Seattle BB! Finally you are no longer that California brewery I’ve never tried with the priceless name. Maybe I tried it. Can’t remember, but that’s not important. Draft pint at Special Brews, paired with a 22 to take home from these guys. Introductions are always fun, and too short. Hazy orange pour with a lasting foam head. Serious hop heavy aroma. This beer has a cool and fresh feel to it. Flavorful, bitter hops, and juicy fruit. Late linger of grapefruit. Yum!

12 oz can @ home (canned 03/18/2016), courtesy of the wonderful Aaltje of De Bierkoning, thanks! Cloudy golden color (didn’t realize there was yeast in the can). Uneven white head with good retention and sticking to the glass. Aroma’s of flowery hops, resin and citrus well balanced, light malt. More citrussy retronasal, also tropical fruit, resin, bitterness. Flavor is moderate bitter with light to moderate sweetness. Medium bodied. Long finish, not overly bitter, slightly dry. Nice one.

650 ml bottle from Whole Foods. Pours a mostly clear orange color with a medium white head. A big fruity orange nose. Rich, lemon zest, some dank flavors creep in, a bit of candied fruit. Finishes a bit funky with some spiciness and bitter notes. Very nice.

Can. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.
