Hopped up with attitude and a bit of clouded judgment, Rethink is a NEIPA (New England Style IPA) that’s not afraid to express its big luscious ideas. It’s the friend you hang out with when you’re looking to bend your mind. Their bold ideas go down easy in spite of the slightly opaque place from which they spring. Copper-gold with a lacy head, plummy aroma and citrusy character flecked with fig and pine, a hint of malt tempers the bitter finish. Go ahead. Get down and dirty and let those musings flow. This NEIPA will never judge you for it.

Can, as Humulus Project Rethink. Golden color. Peach, lychee and a hint of grass in the aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with oily hops, peach and citrus. Overripe fruit. Floral, slightly perfumed.

Can [as Humulus Project Rethink] at Van Moll. Murky yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, nicely hoppy, tropical fruit sweet hoppiness, a slight hop bitter touch in the finish. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Nice. 8-3-8-4-17.

Weird for sure. Nose is like a weizen. All banana and pear esters with fresh tea and herbs. Herbal on the palate, lavender stem bitterness.
