Union Saison celebrates the beautiful harmony between the farmhouse saison beer style and French Oak. Union was aged in two different types of barrels: Cabernet Sauvignon and Vidal Blanc.
The aroma of blueberries combined with delicate sweet fruits, vanilla, and smooth tannins that Cabernet Sauvignon, Vidal Blanc, and French Oak are known for. A world of blended flavors each complimenting one another that allow the base style to shine through. A dry finish with a slight tartness that compliment the overall body and flavor of this farmhouse style saison.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a deep gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lots of blueberry in the nose, oak and light grass. Tart blueberry palate, creamy yogurt. More oak. A little thin but fun. Yogurty, blueberry skin finish with oak.
