Catalina Breeze, the flagship of our West Coast IPA series, features copious amounts of Simcoe and Citra hops. It pours a light amber, but don't be fooled into thinking this is a malty beer. The grain bill is just big enough to support the massive hop additions. The aroma of grapefruit, pineapple and passionfruit jumps out of the glass. And the finish is dry, with a pleasant bitterness that lingers just long enough.

tap at burger joint in Louisville. Solid classic IPA - good hops and plenty strong.

Draft at J's. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam. Citrusy nose with some light pineapple. More pineapple and citrus on the palate. Crisp clean and light. Good west coast IPA. Sample during the "Collaboration Beers On Deck 2!" event on 08/13/2017. Yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Lots of pine and some passion fruit. Big hops like the long jump. Golden pour with carpet lacing and good head. Bitter finish. Tap at Preservation in Bowling Green.
