Can. Sour milk, agave, lime, salt, malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lime, malt, biscuit malt, mild salt, and mildly bitter straw and earthy agave flavor. Light body. It tastes like Mexico (in a good way).

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/2/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, red/green apple, coriander, citrus zest, sea salt, peppercorn, agave, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, lime, agave, salt, spices, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, red/green apple, coriander, citrus zest, sea salt, peppercorn, agave, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and yeast/coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, red/green apple, coriander, citrus zest, sea salt, peppercorn, agave, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, herbal, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, lime, agave, salt, spices, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/spiciness. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth and moderately grainy/acidic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a delicious gose! All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, lime, agave, salt, spices, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mildly lactic/drying finish. Very flavorful for the ABV, never watery feeling. A lot lighter bodied, and not as lactic as expected; but it just makes it that much more drinkable. Well rounded Lacto complexity, and very well balanced between all flavors. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Grainy nose with chaffed wheat, coriander and kabosu aromas. Gritty and grainy palate with tart lemon, wheat and lime. A lingering saltiness that really brings out the lime notes. Tart finish, with solid carbonation and slight saltiness. Very enjoyable.

mBC: pours hazy pale with white head. Aroma is lightly tropically fruity and a bit funky. Taste is sour and quite fruity. Not sweet at all. Noce fruit flavors. Good.
