It’s fresh, floral and funky - with notes of apricot, grapefruit and fresh grass - lightweight at only 5% ABV, and comes served in a 16oz bright-orange can. Blurring the line between beer and wine, it’s a perfect summer crusher for those looking for distinctive flavor and experience.
The 7000 label art, designed in collaboration with Mike Van Hall (@opprobriations), is a punchy reflection of Bronson's corresponding album of the same name.
With an equally unconventional approach to life, work and art, (and a mutual appreciation for super-natural wines and terpy dabs) Brian and Action make an excellent synergetic match. As fate would have it, they met a few years ago as neighbors and that’s where the story began. This beer is a culmination of many creative sessions and studio hangs - born of their desire to produce something equally unique and exciting.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/30/2018. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, zest, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, red/green apple, mango, melon, guava, berry, white grape/wine, fruit skin, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/light acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, grapes, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, zest, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, red/green apple, mango, melon, guava, berry, white grape/wine, fruit skin, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, zest, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, red/green apple, mango, melon, guava, berry, white grape/wine, fruit skin, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/light acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, grapes, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, fairly grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited/dry hopped sour/wild ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/light acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, grapes, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly tart/tangy finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful for the ABV. This is a lot less lactic/puckering than the Dry Cry, but pretty similar(muscat instead of Riesling grapes). Very well balanced Brett complexity, grapes, and citrus/tropical hops; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as usual.
