Dry hopped sour ale with muscat grapes.

It’s fresh, floral and funky - with notes of apricot, grapefruit and fresh grass - lightweight at only 5% ABV, and comes served in a 16oz bright-orange can. Blurring the line between beer and wine, it’s a perfect summer crusher for those looking for distinctive flavor and experience.

The 7000 label art, designed in collaboration with Mike Van Hall (@opprobriations), is a punchy reflection of Bronson's corresponding album of the same name.

With an equally unconventional approach to life, work and art, (and a mutual appreciation for super-natural wines and terpy dabs) Brian and Action make an excellent synergetic match. As fate would have it, they met a few years ago as neighbors and that’s where the story began. This beer is a culmination of many creative sessions and studio hangs - born of their desire to produce something equally unique and exciting.

Lots of sour citrus, kumquat like. Pours amber with ok head. Super acidic - too much for my liking. Overpriced tall can at Glens.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Hazed, lemon gold. Barely a head. Nose has sweet grain. Grape juice. Twang of white wine vinegar. Some peach hop. Taste is fairly dry, with a tart, lactic sourness. Light body. A little overly fizzy. Dry and tangy finish. Ok. The grape character doesn’t really shine.

On tap at Of Love & Regret, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart muscat grapes, with light wild yeast, some lacto and very tart citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with very tart citrus, dry grapes including lots of must, and a touch of wild yeast. Nicely tart, with a solid inclusion of grapes. Good stuff.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Dank citrus nose with some pith, catpiss and passion fruit notes. More pith and catpiss with some light funky muscat notes. Tart mid-palate, then some cracked wheat and medium dank bitterness with muscat skin and stem towards the finish. Really nice dry-hopped sour.
