Bottle shared. Thanks Winton! Huge bakers chocolate nose with some deep, dry mole without the chilli feel. Very dry on the palate with some sourness that comes through in the back, almost tannic. More cacao and cocoa powder on the finish. Very European feel and so different than the sugar bombs in the US. I really liked this one. --- Beer merged from original tick of M.O.L.E. Nice black, beige head. This one has huge soft cocoa nose, chocolate powder. Tastes also like a cup full of bitter milk chocolate. Soft and velvety moth feel hat has been combined with a bit of alcohol, giving the beer a bit body. Sweetness is well balanced and does not feel like too much, I am getting also a lotos "kamasokolaad" and molasses. Well done!

Bottle @ home. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown head. Aroma is malts, light chocolate, coffee and some roasted malts. Taste malts, roasted malts, some coffee and light coffee roast, a slight chili hint in the background just enough to be noticeable and a firm dark malt and malt -light- roast bitter finish that lingers for quite a while. Medium to full body, oily texture, suitable moderate carbonation. Nice.

Bottle at home, 11th June 16. Pours dark and viscous, aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. Taste is sweet, chocolate, rich, not so complex, slightly too sweet. not bad

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, wood - pine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, moderate wood - pine hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
