Made with the same ingredients as Sahalie but brewed differently, (TBFKA) La Tache is our lightest and most approachable beer. Hops are used only for aromatics in the hop-back and fresh hops from Connor’s (one of our brewers) yard for dry-hopping so the beer is balanced with the acidity produced by our proprietary house cultures of yeast and bacteria. Bottled 11/20/2017, brewed 9/2016.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lovely bright, citrus forward nose with tangerine, oak and leafy hop aromas. Crisp and clean on the palate with more oak, some light creaminess. Fruity hop notes sit nicely alongside mild lemony tartness and woody brett notes.
