This beer has no hot side/kettle hop additions Cold Side has exclusively cold side hop additions and therefore is a 100% dry hopped IPA. We layered several dry hops of Amarillo and Mosaic both pre and post fermentation. This beer maintains a juicy body and intense aroma while having very little bitterness due to the lack of kettle additions.

Aromas are okay resin with a little citrus. Flavors are better than nose, citrus comes out more with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Slightly soft mouth. Drinkable beer but nothing special.

Can: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is citrusy, spring onion. Oniony taste, spicy, lightly bitter. Ok.

16 oz can from the brewery (via delivery), 4/2/20. Hazy yellowish color, white head, plenty of lace left on the glass. Bright and fruity hop flavor, some pine and grass as well. Really nice, bright and flavorful stuff.

Can shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Huge dank, weed-like, oniony aromas that dominate the nose with some bitter matcha aromas as it warms. More oniony dank on the palate, bitter resin...perhaps some tropical fruit notes in the background. Quite bold and abrasive, bitter finish.

[5/9/18] Can at Himmeriget in Copenhagen. Hazy golden. Green oniony leafy fruity hops, sweetish, strong green bitterness.

Can at Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Color is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, hops and malts.

Can @ Himmeriget Poured golden color with a thin white head. Real juicy hoppy tropical aroma. Flavor has juicy hops, oranges, citrus. Flavor has citrusy hops juicy fruits, grapefruit. Good drinkability. ,
