12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 12/14/19. Clear dark red, looking like cranberry juice. Large foamy pink-red head, good retention. Aroma of strong funk and tart jammy cherries. Lemon and pepper. Taste is dandelion, lettuce, funk, pepper, tart cherry. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Solid.

Sampled on draft at 3 Rivers this beer poured a very dark red color with a medium sized foamy pink head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was brett, wood, mustiness, cherry and yeast. The flavor was musty and bretty with a strong cherry pie filling note. Long finish. Medium body.

12 ounce bottle. Dark cherry red color. Firm frothy off-white head. Tart sour cherry nose. Flavor is sour cherry with a wisp of lavender. Light and refreshing. Brief sour finish.

Wine Warehouse bottle. Pours a nice clear red with a small pink head. Aroma is tart cherry, metal (blood), green leaf. Flavor is smooth tart cherry - nor shockingly sour, light spices: cinnamon, brown sugar; light green leaf. Enjoyable.
