Bottle pour at SAVOR 2018's Saturday session. Mostly clear reddish amber with off-white head. Aromas of lemon, berries, plum. Tastes of tart plum, stone fruit, lime, tart acidic notes. Light body with a dry finish.

Draft at Mellow Owensboro. Pours a clear light lavendar pink color with a small bit of foam that lingers. Strong acetic nose with lemon and light wood aromas. Young, tart plum on the palate and sharply acetic flavors. Unbalanced and tart for the sake of being tart.

Savor: pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma is weird funk, wood and fruit. Quality. Loads of plum and berries in the taste. Not too sour.
