A pale-gold hued ale, fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, resulting in a beer that has notes of lemon citrus from the hops, and black pepper spice from the yeast, with a dry “tingly” finish.

Can. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. Almost clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, citrus and hint of pepper.Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, pepper, citrus and slightly dry finish. Very smooth and enjoyable.

On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. Almost clear golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of light hops, malt, some funk, fruit and yeast. The finish was dry. An ok one.

Haand 2014. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast, pine, grass. Flavour is fruit, malt, yeast, hop, pine, grass, apricot, spices. Full body. Nice beer.

On tap at Dry Hop. It poured a clear light copper. Light malty bitter aroma, the flavor is malty, light spices and quite tasty. Once it warmed up you got more zesty saison like flavors - solid.

16 oz can dated 12/27/13 poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Hazy apricot yellow with a bit over two fingers of off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and rind, funk, herbs, clove, light spice. Tastes of herbs, light spices, citrus fruit and rind, funk, light peppery notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation. Have had this before fresher and it’s aged pretty well.

Can from Mikkeller online shop; clear amber pour with a fluffy white head, aroma has some yeast and spice, taste is very wheat beer banana, yeasty esters some spice and phenols, some biscuit and a hint of citrus, quite pleasant.
