Let’s break this down to 0’s and 1’s. You hold in your hand the connection between hop bines in Yakima, Washington, and bines down in Tasmania, Australia. BINARY is rockin’ the Yakima Citra and the Galaxy from Down Under. It’s a BINE-ary dual-hopped Double IPA with the best of both hemispheres — strains so good they’re practically cheat codes. This can is the conduit. Drink up.

This beer features Citra and Galaxy hops for an incredible aroma. Citra is super complex, with notes ranging from dank citrus to gooseberry and more. Galaxy is perhaps the most expressive strain available, providing a huge blast of pure stone fruit and tropical aroma.

Backlog. This brew has a citrusy hop aroma and flavor. There’s a lot of malty sweetness. They’re apparently not calling it a hazy ipa, but to me the sweet/bitter balance is near that level. The hops is fruity and moderately bitter. It’s medium bodied. Good but not great.

Tap @ Woodworkers, Belfast. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Can. Amber with a dense cm of white head. 3+ Aroma of herb-tinged grapefruit, passionfruit, biscuit. Some overt alcohol. 7+ Very sweet indeed with peach and boiled lollies joining the biscuit. Sharper fruit and some resin come along to relieve matters. Fairly bitter at the end. Clean but a little lacking in character.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some light malt and resin. The same in the taste. The finish was quite bitter.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Durian, orange, lychee and gooseberry aromas dominate the nose. More orange and gooseberry on the palate. Tropical quality, with some underlying creamy durian and faint coconut notes. Some light caramel malt comes through toward the finish. Lingering orange and peach notes, with some haribo gummy bear.

Can at home just random grab to fill out mix six and I’m probably still top rated of six point so keep that rolling. Yellow orange pour decent sized head. Nose is lots citrus and vegetal. Tastes of pineapple, grapefruit, herbal, veggies, light toothpaste. Nice palate slight sticky slight abv.

Strong lillies and scallions bouquet, grapefruit. Hazy amber, thick, sticky head. Guava, lillies. Full body, easy carbonation. Bitterness only on the back of the palate. Delicious and quaffable. Addictive.
