4 years old bottle shared. Medium sweet and almost medium sour. Lovely deep cellar funk, woody, quite some apricot, soft chalky, dry flowers. Quite 'heavy' aroma. Superb, this drinks so well after a few years.

22/11/19: Magnum. Nice and easy start of this bottle share, thanks Patrick! Light, fairly carbonated, nicely sour and plenty of straw. Easy drinking and pretty clean, but with a nice and bretty smell. An excellent beer for hot summer days, so refreshing.
5/6/21: Bottled 15 December 2016. Loud, jolly POP!. Nice amber colour, some lovely carbonation. Damn funky smell, heavy cheesyness, plenty of oak, hint of hay. Good carbonation in mouth, very mellow feel. Taste is funky, lightly sour, dry, french cheese rind. Yum
