Cutting Tiles is an exploratory series of Double IPAs featuring a range of aromatic single hop varietals brewed with raw local wildflower honey. This version is dosed with 100% Mosaic in all kettle, whirlpool and a massive dry hop addition. The honey keeps the body light and drinkable but provides an earthy backbone. Juicy, candied peach and nectarine up front backed up with a nuanced white wine on the nose that continues straight through in the flavor profile. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish.

500mL can, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out the honey upfront along with the tropical fruity hops. Flavour is juicy as hell, with loads of tropical fruits, followed by subdued wildflower honey, and a thin biscuity malt base. Absolutely no bitterness despite the insanely expressive hops. Fantastic stuff.

Can thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is tropical fruit and dank. Medium body, juicy hop, pine, mango, light bitterness, really enjoyed this.

Hazy orange. Intense citrus and a creamy nose with peppermint. Grapefruit and citrus. Very IPA like. These guys brew good beers but they pretty much all taste the same minus the hop variations. It’s a sweeter HF IPA. Drinking this blind.

Bottle shared at THT. Slight hazy golden with white head. Roasted onion, soft cheese, light spicy honey, mango, pineapple, sweet malts, soft sugary, biscuits, some marijuana. Quite sweet and light bitter finish. Almost full bodied with soft carbonation. Nice but very oniony.

Pours hazy gold into a snifter. Much clearer than most Trilliums, but as usual - no head. Mild onion and tropical fruit aromas. Soft with sweet mango, pineapple and garlic front to back.

Lil Tuesday Tasting in Odense. Citrus hoppy aroma with lemon and lime peel, and a touch of kerosene. Sweet, juicy hop flavour with lime, lemon, tangerine and a touch of pineapple. A little too sweet for my taste in hoppy beer
