I found a bottle at the back of my beer store, I don't know how long it had been there but the best before date was 29/07/23. Very little head, probably because of its age but the taste was absolutely fine, quite different from Irish Guinness.

Very dark to black with a tall tan head. Big molasses, dark fruits and chocolate profile. Sweet, booze, raisin fill it out. Medium to thin body. Finishes with loads of booze soaked raisin and some molasses. It can get boozy as it warms. It’s an interesting version to say the least.

In my point of view, it is not the best one but it is drinkable. The taste is a bit watery, malty, sweet and dry, some hop, 18.04.16.

Bought at Exotic Tropical Restaurant & Bar in Prague. Weird, a bit grainy but not bad.

600ml bottle. Quasi black colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, resettling, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Roast yand chocolately, dark malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, hints of cocoa, a touch of molasses, plum, raisin, weak marmite overtones. Taste is roasty and slightly grainy, dark malty, slightly yeasty (vinous) fruity, hints of dark chocolate, cocoa, dried fruit, plum, raisin, blue grapes, a touch of molasses, even a minimally ashy touch, subtle residual sweetness; lingering, moderately bitter roasty and minimally bitter mineral finish.
Slightly creamy texture, smooth and fairly soft palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
A tad dirty and disharmonious, the fruity aspects remind me of the kind of fruitiness known to me from some Dolo beers from Burkina Faso, slight Baltic Porter resemblance overall - solid.

Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a thin beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, coffee, dark fruits such as plums, raisins. Notibly different from regular Guinness, sweeter and has sour notes in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle at Perch Brewhouse. Near black pour, filmy beige head with rings. Sweet aroma, licorice, cola. Taste is cola, root beer, anise, sweet and tangy, some roast malts showing up way in the back. Interesting and not what you'd expect from a stout
