A beautifully aromatic and balanced milk stout with delicious notes of peanut butter, coffee, and dark chocolate. This dark, mythical beer nods to the long-passed legends of our region’s seafarers.

Canned, 473 ml, from Beerdome, shared with Miro B and Max. Dark brown, medium beige head. Chocolate, milky, peanuts in aroma, sweetish, medium bodied, bit thin.

Not sure if that's dark chocolate and milk coffee or milk chocolate and espresso, either way, works. Some peanut butter, milky, smooth, maybe feeling a bit light in the aftertaste, until you remember it's bloody 5.5%. Very nicely done.

473ml can. Smooth with a bit artificial peanut butter aroma, some chocolate, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, toffee and creamy milky notes. Feels quite full bodied for a 5.5% ABV stout. A session pastry stout?

Dark pour with a thin tan head. Notes of hazelnuts, peanut butter, espresso, dark chocolate - spot on, just as advertised. Medium body, nicely balanced, easy to drink and quite enjoyable.

Peanut butter, roast and a little caramel, though pretty dry given the focus here. Pours black with good head and lacing. Pretty good balance, and pretty nice stuff. Tap at Aslin 4th.
