A beautifully aromatic and balanced milk stout with delicious notes of peanut butter, coffee, and dark chocolate. This dark, mythical beer nods to the long-passed legends of our region’s seafarers.

Frothy tan head stayed on a near black still body. Chocolate, peanut & malt aroma. Medium to full bodied, soft & silky with a clean dry back. Peanut, dark chocolate, malt & demerara tastes with a tangy, lightly hopped finish. Good one.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2! 10/22/20. Black, large frothy dark brown head, good retention. Aroma of peanut butter, dark chocolate, roast. Taste is roast, peanut butter, chocolate, lactose. Full bodied, low bitterness. THis is nice, and pretty impressive for something that claims it contains no nuts.

16oz can pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is chocolate peanut butter notes and a touch of coffee. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts peanut butter, very flavorful for such a low abv.

Can. Pours near black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice peanut butter and bitter chocolate with a bit of coffee and sweet dark grains underlying. Flavor has a bit more chocolate and coffee with peanut butter in the finish.

Pint can, WW. Dark brown, nearly black with a creamy tan head. Cocoa, chocolate, peanut butter, roast nose. Flavor is peanut butter, milk chocolate, coffee, roasted malt. One of the better peanut butter stouts I've tried.
