Jet black, potent, and brimming with roasted malt and chocolate flavors, Forge is everything a big stout should be. Forge highlights deep chocolate, coffee and malt flavors with round, citrusy hops in the background. Drink now, or cellar for later, we hope you enjoy this bear of a beer.

Can pour at Southern Grist 3rd Anniversary. Pours a pitch black with a finger of brown head that lingers. Big roasted coffee and cacao nib aromas with some toasted molasses as it warms. Smooth, with big roasted malt, coffee and cacao nib with some faint berry acidity notes like in a nice piece of 80% cacao as it warms. Good carbonation, medium body. Lingering coffee and cacao nib on the finish.
