Refrigerated 75 cl lilac waxed bottle from shrubber85. Black with medium beige head. Aroma is spiced chocolate, thick body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is Concord grape jelly, chocolate, some bourbon and some smoke. I waited to long on this one, so I would really like to try fresh, but still good.

Grape, chocolate malt, bourbon, and hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet Concord grape, chocolate malt, bourbon, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Good body. This was one variant that had me going WTF, but it is really pretty good - lighter than most of the other B&L variants.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a pitch black with a small bit of brown head that dissipates. Blackcurrant, plum and roasted cacao nib aromas with some milk chocolate and tart, wild blueberry-like aromas as it warms. Palate has more chocolate and a distinctive grape candy note. Smoke is not very noticeable. Chocolate and grape gummy flavors. Lingering chocolate and sweet tart grape notes. --- Beer merged from original tick of (collab with) De Molen Bo & Luke (Grape Jelly) on 20 Apr 2019 at 08:34 - Score: 6

Tap @ Cloudwater BBF19, Manchester. Pours reddish brown with some foam, quite limited actually, beige. Nose is tart, sone red currants mixes with cocoa, not sure if it actually works. Tart and juicy. Taste is better, still tart but this tartness actually matches with chocolate and cocoa. Marmalade with grainy and toffee notes. Bit weird bit not too bad.
