Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque amber with a fizzy, beige head. A gusher. Sweet, caramellish aroma. Medium body, again quite some caramel, a little nuts. Excessive carbonation. You’ll have to burb your way through this beer... 290115

Bottle at GBBF 2014 - London. Day 2. Pours amber-gold with a light, creamy cap. Not bad, with notes of dry bread, crackers, herbs and pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with moderate sweetness, some boozy warmth, toasted bread, dried pine. OK.

Clear red amber beer, creamy huge beige head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, sweet, some caramel, bit of chocolate. Mf: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: caramel, bit sourish, soft hop bitterness, bit unpleasant, lemony touch. Aftertaste: little bitter, grassy hops, soft roasted touch. Meh.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Ramses Bier Notenkraker ].[ Trade by Benzai ]. Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a huge, open and frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, ahorn syrup. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, caramel, malt, ahorn syrup. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140704]

Bottle at GBBF ’14, day 2, 13/08/14 thanks to Kenny. Clouded dark amber with a big old light beige covering that retains well. Nose is bready, tarte fruit peel, light caramel, citric twinges. Taste comprises malt loaf, spice, bready, dark fruit rinds. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with sweetish licks. Ok.
